PROJECT “Ounasvaara Winter Sports Centre” - Build a ski centre including shopping and accommodation as part of the very popular Arctic Wellbeing Park. The Arctic Wellbeing Park is located on a very attractive area next to the city centre.




PROJECT “Santa Claus Village” - This famous tourism area located on the Arctic Circle is home to Santa Claus, who receives visitors around the year. Santa Claus Village offers an opportunity to build new theme park activities as well as a hotel. The area is close to the airport but also just a 5–minute drive from the city centre.

PROJECT "Arctic Zoo Hotel" - The very popular arctic zoo has ice bears and lots of visitors. However, it lacks enough accommodation.
